Terms & Conditions for VIP Bookings

Cancellation within 72 hours will be non-refundable. If arriving with more than excepted guests than extra entry fee must be paid however the venue has right to refuse entry. If arriving with less guests then expected, the charge will still remain the same.

 

Table bookings need to arrive before midnight.

 
VIP dress code is strictly smart/casual. The venue will not accept in the VIP lounge ANY form of trainers, sportswear, cargo pants, jogging bottoms, ripped jeans, hoodies and hats. Your reservation will be non-refundable if arriving with incorrect dress code and you will be refused entry.

Dress Code:

No sportswear, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, hats, shorts, vests, flip flops/sandals. All customers will also be required to place their coats and outerwear in the cloakroom upon arrival.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be offered for cancellations or significant alterations to events. Any refund requests should be sent in writing to EMAIL. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the event date.
